Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. Warranties
iShot Products Limited Lifetime Guarantee
When you buy any iShot Pro brand product made by us, you're entitled to a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
All products manufactured by iShot Pro LLC have a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and
workmanship. The liability of iShot Pro LLC shall be limited to replacing or repairing, at its option, any defective units
which are returned F.O.B. to our warehouse. In order to keep this warranty in effect, the purchaser must have
handled and used the product as outlined in the instructions furnished with the product. If, after inspection, you
discover any defects in material or workmanship, iShot Pro LLC will have the option to repair, or replace the
defective iShot product free of charge. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover damages from normal wear and
tear or from accidental damage, misuse, improper care, alterations, and damage caused in transportation by a common
carrier or airline. Under no condition is iShot Pro LLC responsible for the following: loss or damage to a computer,
peripheral, program, data, or records.
There are no other warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of
merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose beyond the terms of this limited warranty. The limited lifetime
the warranty offered by iShot Pro LLC herein may not be modified by any oral representations made by any
employee, agent, or representative of iShot LLC. This limited warranty gives you, the original purchaser;
specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We are committed to ensuring that all of our products and services meet the highest quality standards. If any incorrect items are received or items are received in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery). We will replace any damaged merchandise or refund the damaged portion of your order. If you would like to return or exchange any unopened items, we will gladly exchange them for other sizes needed, as long as the item is not discontinued by the manufacturer. If you order multiple items together, often referred to as a bundle, then we can accept returns for all the items and will refund a pro-rated amount of the bundle price accordingly.
Please follow Easy Return Instructions below or call (844) 474-6848 for an RMA number and/or to discuss a return or exchange. Returned items must be in their original packaging, and in excellent condition in order to be replaced or refunded. The customer pays for returned shipping.
Easy Return Instructions:
Box up any unopened items needing to be returned.
Visit our returns center -> Returns Center to fill out the RMA form.
Refunds will be processed once received back and inspected.
Special Note on RMAs':
We can only accept returns on orders within 30 days of delivery and all returns must include original packaging, the entire product, and any product documentation. All returns MUST be returned to our facility within 14 days of your RMA approval date. Any return arriving past 14 days from the RMA approval will be refused, returned to you and a refund will not be given. Restocking fees will apply in most cases, depending on the type of scale and condition. The condition will be assessed upon receipt of your returned item. Average restocking fees are around 20% and not more than 50%. Please contact us in advance for further information about your specific order. Items received damaged from delivery must be reported to us within 5 days of confirmed delivery. For freight truck deliveries: Any damaged or incorrect items MUST be noted on the freight company's Bill of Lading prior to signature acceptance or we will not be able to assist you with your claim ( i.e. you would need to contact the freight company and file a claim yourself ). For returns other than for defective merchandise issued an RMA number, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will provide a basic generic return label upon approval of your RMA. The refund amount due will be credited back to your original payment method which could take up to 5-10 days to actually show up (sorry we cannot control the frame the funds appear in your account) or store credit will be issued. We reserve the right to not refund the original payment method and issue store credit instead if certain circumstances arise. Please Note: All refunds, whether store credit or original payment method, will not be credited with the original shipping fee and the transaction fee charged. These are non-refundable service fees. If exchanging an item for another size or model, we typically waive all restocking fees - unless certain circumstances are met. In a very rare case that circumstances actually are met - you will be notified if we cannot waive restocking fees for your exchange.
